INKSKIN takes the sacred craft of perfumery and forces it into contact with the modern wasteland, setting the warmth of Haitian vetiver against wet printer ink. Materials long treasured by perfumers rub up against the machinery we live with, bringing centuries of craft to things nobody built to be beautiful.
Over the course of the day, the perfume slowly collapses on the skin, losing its industrial weight and leaving a sweet, dirty, salty residue. What began as something made becomes something bodily, worn into you through the ordinary business of being alive.
The smell of writing yourself back into existence.
